Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
Unless special terms are explicitly agreed to by our correspondence, these terms shall be deemed to be incorporated as Conditions of any Order or Contract accepted. All prices are subject to revision without notice. Orders are only accepted or contracts entered into on the understanding that they are executed at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch.
PAYMENT
Credit accounts are opened subject to satisfactory references. Payment at net invoice price is due not later than 30 days from date of invoice.

Goods are dispatched on or before the date of invoice (except in the case of pro-forma transactions) and no responsibility is accepted for delays in transit. If our terms of payment are not adhered to, the right to suspend dispatch is reserved. If customers are unable to accept delivery of goods ordered at the expiration of four weeks after they have been notified that the goods are ready for dispatch, the right is reserved to invoice the value of the goods. The Contract price is subject to adjustment by us if, without consent, any changes are made by the customer in specification, or quantities or delivery requirements.
CARRIAGE
Orders are dispatched by courier, cost being charged upon the invoice. Customer’s own material, goods for repair, etc. must be delivered free to our works at sender's risk and properly labelled. If not so consigned goods will be refused.
PACKING
Any packing requirements other than our standard packaging and commercial containers will be invoiced as an extra charge.
STOCK & DISPATCH
All orders placed online by 15:00 GMT, where items are "in stock", will be shipped for delivery on the next working day (N.B: Our stock figures are updated once in a 24 hour period, so please bear this in mind when looking at availability of an item). Every effort will be made to keep dispatch promises given, however no liability will be accepted for loss through non-delivery or delay.
NON-DELIVERY AND SHORTAGE
(1) Claims for non delivery must be made to us within twenty-one days from date of invoice or advice note. (2) Damage or discrepancy must be notified to Royal Mail or Couriers within three days of receipt of goods.
CANCELLATION & RETURN OF GOODS
We cannot accept cancellation of orders once it has been accepted by Barcodestore.co.uk.
Acceptance of the return of non-defective goods is at the absolute discretion of Barcodestore.co.uk.
Such a return is subject to the following conditions:-
Goods must be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition, in the original and unmarked packaging together with any manuals, accessories and CD's supplied.
The buyer must obtain a Returns Number from Barcodestore.co.uk before returning goods.
If goods are damaged during transport from the buyer to Barcodestore.co.uk, the buyer will remain liable for the full cost of the goods.
If Barcodestore.co.uk accepts the return of goods (other than on the grounds of defect) we reserve the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% of each item's price.
If these conditions are not complied with returned goods will be rejected.
GUARANTEE
Goods manufactured or sold by us are guaranteed only against faulty workmanship and flaws in material; any parts which are within twelve months from delivery proved to have been defective in these respects when delivered will be replaced by us. We do not guarantee the fitness of our goods for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to such replacement and we are not to be held responsible for any direct or consequential damages or expenses. Return delivery charges will be charged upon the invoice. This guarantee is in place of any guarantee or Warranty which would be implied by law.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Property in goods sold under this contract shall not pass to you until payment has been made in full of all sums due and payable by you in respect of the goods or on any other account with us. Until property passes you shall be a bailee of the goods and keep them in your possession and control provided that you may deal with them in the ordinary course of your business it the proceeds in full (apportioned if necessary) of any sale, other disposition, or use thereof, are held to our account. As from the time of delivery of the goods to you the risk of loss or damage to the goods from any cause whatsoever shall be borne by you.
VALIDITY
Our order to supply, unless previously withdrawn, shall remain open for a period not exceeding sixty days from the date of the quotation.
PRICE MATCH PROMISE
The product offered by the competitor is exactly the same as the one we sell (please have part number ready to quote), and is offered on the same terms.
The product must be in stock and available for delivery immediately.
Barcodestore.co.uk representatives must be able to confirm the details either on the competitor's website or you are able to provide competitor's written quotation.
Our price match promise applies to the product only, not delivery or other services
Our price match promise applies ONLY at the time of purchase and cannot be honoured at any time after transactions have been completed.
Prices matched must be for products that are brand new, boxed and with full manufacturers warranty.
Barcodestore.co.uk may, at any time, withdraw this commitment in respect of purchases which have not already been completed.
This commitment is made by Barcodestore.co.uk, Kelgray House, Spindle Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1TH.
Delivery
Next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 3:30pm, where items are "in stock" and shipping to mainland UK addresses only.
